My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The service was generally accommodating and attentive, and the dining experience was truly exceptional, especially at breakfast. However, the noise from my initial room was quite bothersome, and I encountered several issues with my room keys. Overall, while I enjoyed some aspects of my stay, there were definitely areas for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the pool area was a highlight with sand and live fish, the hotel itself feels dated and the service didn't match the five-star standard I expected. Unfortunately, there were some cleanliness issues that left a bad impression. Overall, I don't think I'll return after this visit.
